I’m a professional teacher of English who’s also got a passion for photography. I’ve been teaching on and off for about 10 years and I love doing this. The same way as I like taking pictures. I consider myself an amateur street photographer but I also take my chances in other genres once in a while. If you’re more interested in my photo works, here is a website to go to.

This one is for another purpose. Once I was wondering if there was a way to combine my passion for photography and teaching English. I thought that there might be many photographers who would like to improve their English in order to communicate with foreign colleagues or connect to the international audience or find clients abroad.

As a way of being useful to the photo community and a way of educating myself more about photography, I thought, by focusing my English teaching expertise deliberately on photo-related topics I could be of some help to these people.

So, the idea of this website was born, and as it seems now this is more of an experiment for me. To see if it’s even possible to create English learning material in the¬†context of photography, and to see if I’m capable of creating such content.

Anyway, if you find yourself reading these lines it might mean that I was right at least in something and you’ve found here something that made your English better through photography.
